Artwaves 2018

We were delighted to be part of the Artwaves festival again this year. We had three activities running simultaneously.

UV Responsive drawing with gong.
​
Participants were bathed in the healing sound and vibration of the gong, and given UV crayons to express the sound and make their mark!
​
Network Molecule
​
The network molecule grew during the festival, the concept being an illustration of your individual support network of people. A simple yet highly provocative agent
for meaningful conversation and thought. The activity exceeded all expectation, and participants were very generous with their feedback and encouragement.

Origami seagull installation.
​
An intentional piece of work we have done before that always has great results, it encompasses mindfulness within the absorbing act of folding, each bird holds a wish, the addition of sound took the piece t a new level.

This is a public art project that grows over a set period of time. It explores
manifesting and intention. The public write an intention on the paper and then fold the bird and release it through its method of display. It is highly engaging and appeals to all ages, a simple yet effective activity to embrace the idea of intention, wish or desire that is set to a mindful, creative task.
